Who We Are
The Bluffton Paddle Club is a social and recreational not-for-profit 501(c)(7) with a mission to bring people together on the water, promote paddle sports, and give back to the community. We do this through monthly organized paddle meet-up's, social events, and volunteer opportunities. While our Club community has a lot of fun, we ensure to stay true to our values of: Community, Preservation, and Responsibility, keeping the Bluffton State of Mind at our core.

FAQs
Do you need equipment?
Yes, members must have their own equipment and means of transportation.
What types of paddling?
All types of paddling are welcome! We have members who kayak and/or paddle board. We are also excited to participate in a dragon boat race this year.
How long are paddle events?
We aim to organize 1 paddle a month over a weekend which can last anywhere from 2-4 hours. Paddles typically range from 1.5-4 miles long with breaks in between. Shorter paddles are often followed by a land social. We provide all details and open RSVP’s typically 2-3 months out.
**We want to stress that we are not a tour or rental company, and while we often pre-set a route based on tides, there is absolutely no expectation for you to stick with the group. Our goal as a Club is to create a community to explore together
Where are the paddles?
We seek to explore different waterways. While we do go out from the Bluffton Oyster Factory, this year we also expect to have paddles out of Rose Hill, New River, Pinckney Island, Colleton Point, and more.
